The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority was created as a public agency by interlocal agreement, as set forth in chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The Authority is contracted with the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers for the development and operation of the Florida e-filing court records portal.
