E-Filing AuthorityBoard Members
The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority governs the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. The portal operates under the rules and standards set by the Florida Supreme Court, in consultation with the Florida Courts Technology Commission.
All Clerks of the Circuit and Appellate Courts are members of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority. The Board of Directors of the Authority consists of eight Circuit Court Clerks and the Clerk of the Supreme Court.
