  • 04/21/2017 Effective May 1, 2017, all filings in the Second DCA must be submitted via the eDCA portal, https://edca.2dca.org. Registration is first required. After a case is set up, filers can use the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal only to pay fees electronically. No filings can be submitted to the Second DCA via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal after May 1.
